how to post and how to type! Other things, like personalizing your blog, may take
a bit more skill, but there are step-by-step instructions for most things on
blogs.

Does it require special staff to
setup, run, and maintain?
Yes, if you are using a blog for a
business there should be a person designated to maintaining it. A blog can be a
good marketing tool, so long as it has someone updating it regularly and
checking comments to be sure no inappropriate spam has reached your blog.
